Do I need to provide my own customer phone numbers for SMS review requests?
Yes. You must collect and manage your own customer phone numbers. ReviewTower does not provide contact lists. Once uploaded, we handle the bulk sending of SMS messages for you.
Can I choose where my customers leave reviews?
Absolutely. You can direct customers to review on platforms like Google Maps, Trustpilot, Facebook, or even your own custom URL. You can set this preference in your dashboard for each SMS campaign.
How often are reviews updated in my dashboard?
That depends on your plan. Standard plans receive daily updates, Premium plans get hourly updates, and Enterprise users enjoy near real-time monitoring of new reviews.
Can I reply to reviews directly from ReviewTower?
No, replies are not posted directly to review platforms. However, each review in your dashboard includes a link that takes you straight to the original post on its respective platform—assuming you have ownership of the business profile—so you can reply quickly and easily.
What platforms does ReviewTower support for monitoring?
We currently support Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Trustpilot. More integrations are planned—stay tuned!
Is ReviewTower compliant with messaging regulations?
Yes. Our SMS services are compliant with standard messaging regulations, but it’s your responsibility to ensure that your customer list has proper consent for receiving messages.
Can I customize the message that gets sent via SMS?
