Refund Policy
At ReviewTower LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, if you are not satisfied, please review the following refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available within 14 days of your billing date and apply only to the most recent billing cycle.
Requests made after 14 days from the billing date are not eligible for a refund.
First-Month Exception with Phone Number Assignment
If you cancel your subscription during your first month of service, and you have requested and been assigned a phone number, a $20 USD deduction will be applied to your refund to cover non-refundable costs incurred by ReviewTower LLC.
This deduction applies even if the full refund would otherwise be eligible.
Example
You were billed on May 1st.
You are eligible to request a refund anytime between May 1st and May 15th.
If you request a refund on May 16th or later, your request will not be eligible—even if you did not use the service.
Refunds only apply to the most recent charge (in this case, the May 1st charge). Previous billing cycles are not refundable.
Appeals for Full Refund
We understand there may be exceptional circumstances. If you believe you are entitled to a full refund despite the $20 deduction, you are welcome to contact us to explain your case. We will review all such requests individually and respond in good faith.

Changes to This Policy
ReviewTower LLC reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
