Use of our SMS feature is subject to compliance with U.S. and international messaging laws. You must ensure:

• You have obtained explicit consent from recipients

• You provide a way for recipients to opt out

• Your message content complies with carrier and legal guidelines

We reserve the right to suspend messaging privileges if misuse is detected.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service—including trademarks, logos, software, text, graphics, and content—are owned by ReviewTower LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without express written permission.

6. Subscription and Billing

ReviewTower offers monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page

• Be billed automatically on a recurring basis unless you cancel

• Cancel your plan through your account settings prior to the next billing cycle

We reserve the right to change pricing or features upon reasonable notice.

7. Termination
